Membership in the CMB is annual starting in January and ending December.  New memberships begin the month the application is received by the Membership Secretary.  Only CMB members receive the “Little Circus Wagon” magazine and are eligible to join a CMB Ring.

Rings may also require an additional fee to cover activity expenses for hosting meetings and displays.  Ask the Ringmaster for information about a specific Ring.
