With countless stars from across WWE, AEW and other promotions paying respects to PAC, it was no surprise to see The Rock jump on the ship as well. The Hollywood mega-star took to social media to give his love to PAC, AEW and the family he left behind.

According to the Wrestling Observer, there are some officials in high positions within WWE who feel that Rocky’s statement went a touch too far, particularly in relation to the praise and acknowledgment he gave AEW. It’s suggested that some are ‘unhappy’ with how things came across and instead, would like major players like The Rock to always make sure WWE comes out as number one.
Quite who in the company is unhappy, remains unknown.
But after Triple H posted his own message of support, it’s unlikely that the current COO is behind any ill feeling.
