Meadow Greens Ladies Club plays "Odd & Even"

· Yahoo Sports

Jul. 29— On Wednesday the game of "Odd & Even" was played by the Meadow Greens — Ramsey Ladies Golf Club. Members paired up and decided prior to play who would be scoring for the team on the odd numbered holes and who would score on the even numbered holes. Players then played a normal round of golf, but on their assigned holes, members subtracted their handicap per hole before recording the team's adjusted score.

Winners on the front nine with an adjusted score of 33 was Pat Busker and Ann Christianson, and Joyce Anderson, Ardie Pepper and Susan Westland with a score of 35 (due to an odd number of players, one player scored for all odd holes, other two alternated scoring for even holes for their team of three). On the back nine, Karen Baier and Mary Jo Swoboda took a win with a score of 37, and Sandy Davis and Jan Waller won with a 38.
