It wasn't glorious, but England and Ghana dueled in a rugged 0-0 thriller in Group L World Cup action at Boston Stadium in Foxboro on Tuesday, June 23.

England will play Panama next at New York/New Jersey Stadium on June 27 at 5 p.m. on FOX.

Ghana will play Croatia next at Philadelphia Stadium on June 27 at 5 p.m.

Both teams sit atop the Group L standings with 4 points.

Here are three stars from the match.

Jude Bellingham, England

The Real Madrid midfielder was named 'Man of the Match.' Bellingham, a viral moment of exchanging words with the Ghana sideline at the expiration of the first half, went on to deny a Ghana scoring chance with a tackle in the 54th minute and recorded a physical defensive takeaway in the 59th minute.

Benjamin Asare, Ghana

The keeper made a diving save in the 86th minute to preserve the scoreless draw.

Asare was under consistent duress late, as a header by England's Nico O'Reilly rocketed off the cross bar in the 87th minute, bouncing off and into the radius of top scorer Harry Kane, whose putback attempt sailed high. It was one England's many scoring chances.

At one point in the first half, it was noted England completed 250 passes to Ghana's 34.

The final shot-on-net differential was 19-2.

Declan Rice, England

The Arsenal midfielder set up a handful of England's 19 shots on goal. He tossed in on the team's last four corners late in the game, however none yielded the deciding goal.
